Shipping

  • International shipping is handled by International Express Mail Service,about 1 week time for delivery normally.

  • All orders will be insured for the full purchase amount, and can be tracked on the EMS.

  • All the Timberland Boots will be mailed inside another shipping box.

  • Your oder will be recorded here in our cart mall,and when your fund is sent to us,your order will be arranged in 24 hours.We will collect and package your order within 3 days after checking right your fund.When the product delivery takes place, you will receive a notification by your member e-mail which notify you that your products have been shipped out ,And 48 hours later ,the tracking number that you have received will be trackable on EMS site.you will find the possibility to look-up an order, so that you can see exactly. Please contact us if you need further tracking assistance.If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam.

Return & Exchange
Timberlander.com offers a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your return for an exchange or refund within 30 days of your delivery date if the following conditions are met:

1. Returned items must be completely new in saleable condition.
BEFORE WEARING YOUR SHOES OUTSIDE, PLEASE TAKE A FEW MINUTES TO TRY THEM ON A CARPETED SURFACE. Trying your shoes on a carpeted surface will ensure that we can provide a refund or exchange in the event that you are not satisfied.

We WILL NOT accept returns and/or exchanges if there is evidence that the shoes have been worn outdoors. Timberlander.com reserves the right to refuse any return and/or exchange that does not meet the conditions stated herein.

2. The original shoebox and accessories must be returned with the shoes in new and saleable condition.
PLEASE PACK THE SHOES, SHOEBOX, AND ANY ACCESSORIES INSIDE ANOTHER SHIPPING BOX. Returns without the original shoebox and accessories will not be accepted. Returns using the shoebox as a shipping box will not be accepted also.

3. An Order Authorization email to get a return address
To get a return address, you can feedback here .

4. Defective products will be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date for exchange only.
We will accept a defective products within 30 days. After 30 days,the damage will usually be considered normal wear and tear associated with athletic shoes.

Return for Exchange
If you are returning for exchange, please feedback to order your exchange item. Ordering your exchange item will better ensure availability. We will refund your purchase price once we receive your return.

1.Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to Timberlander.com. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
2.Items returned for exchange: If the desired item is out of stock,the return will be treated as a return for refund. Timberlander.com will issue a full refund, and we will notify you by email about your refund.
3.Worn items: Used or worn items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. All returns and exchanges must be new and completely unworn.

Return For Refund

1.Return Shipping Charges: Customer will be responsible for the any charge to ship the item back to Timberlander.com. If you believe an error was made in your order, please contact Customer Service.
2.Items returned for refund: Items returned for refund that were sent with Free EMS shipping will be fully refunded .
3.Worn items: Worn and used items will not be accepted without a defective item return authorization. Please call if you believe your item to be defective. Items received worn or damaged will not be eligible for refund.
Returns must include the shoebox and all accessories: The original box and all accessories must be included or a charge may apply. The Timberland Boots, shoebox, and accessories MUST be packaged within a shipping box in order to return. Taped shoeboxes will not be eligible for a refund.
Please allow 14 business days for us to receive and process your returned merchandise. Please allow as much as two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

We recommend using an insured parcel service such as DHL or Federal Express for all returns. You may use the tracking number they provide to track the status of your return.

Order Cancellation
Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is US $15. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
